Carmelo Cruz
I'm Carmelo Cruz, founder of APPI and proud San Diego resident. I'm originally from New York, but it was the Marine Corps that brought me to San Diego and once I got here, I never looked back. This city has a way of doing that to people.

After my time in the Marines, I knew I wanted to stay rooted in this community and build something meaningful here. That's how APPI was born, out of a genuine love for San Diego and a desire to serve the people who call it home.

When I'm not working, you'll find me on my Harley exploring the open road, camping with my family under the California sky, or locked in on whatever game is on. San Diego has given me a lot, and protecting the homes and investments of the families who live here is my way of giving back.
